PINKTOBER® 2012 | RAISING MONEY AND AWARENESS
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and Hard Rock Hotel San Diego is proud to support Hard Rock International’s global philanthropic effort Pinktober® to raise money for research and awareness. There are many ways for you to participate, outlined below. Proceeds will benefit both Hard Rock’s selected charity partners and the local non-profit The Keep A Breast Foundation™.
STAY – Proceeds from select guestrooms outfitted with Pink Sheets will be donated to our Pinktober® fund. Hotel Guests may also make a straight charitable donation simply by connecting with the front desk. Any denomination starting from $1 may be posted directly to your guestroom invoice.
SIP – Purchase one of several tasty, pink drinks at Maryjane’s restaurant or bars 207 and Float and partial proceeds will benefit the cause. These include tasty drinks like the sweet Strawberry Fields Milkshake in Maryjane’s or the saucy Flamingo Margarita in 207 and Float.
INDULGE – Rock Spa is offering the hydrating, 50-minute Pink Sugar Whip Body Scrub, with partial proceeds benefitting the cause. To reserve this, or any spa treatment, call 619-764-6930.
SHOP – Rock Shop has a unique collection of Pinktober® merchandise including pins, t-shirts, Pink Sheets and more, with partial proceeds going to the cause.
